Does Total Pillow Really Work?

The Total Pillow as seen on TV is another infomercial product with big claims of comfort and support. In this article we will look at total pillow reviews to see if it is right for you.

Total Pillow is designed to be versatile pillow that changes form to quickly give you the custom “extra” support you need. It is a doughnut shaped pillow filled with micro-beads and made of cool stretchy microfiber material on one side and warm soft fleece on the other.

The Total Pillow measures 12″ H x 12″ W x 3″ D and can be bent into many different shapes in seconds and will retain that shape until you change it.

The many uses touted by the advertisements include: in the car, on a plane, at the office, watching TV, playing videos games, while you sleep, and for sleeping babies.

Specific Uses: seat cushion, neck rest, head rest, floor pillow, between the knees, between the ankles, lumbar support, and a stabilizing pillow for medical rest and rehab.

It’s hard to believe that a simple pillow can have such impact on your daily health. That said we’ve all heard the health benefits you get from a good night of sleep. Since the soft bed pillows are just not designed to hold their shape, the total pillow sound like a good affordable alternative to me.

How to get the most value out of Total Pillow:

If you are using it while reclining, don’t just double it over. There are 12 segments to this pillow, like a clock. Instead of folding it at 9 and 3 o’clock, fold it at 8 and 4. The bigger side cradles your head. The smaller side supports the base of your skull and your neck.

Fold it in half (9-3) only when you need neck support while sitting up, as in the picture. Even then you may decide to fold it skewed in some way to best fit your own shape.
